If you have been arrested, charged, or simply have an arrest warrant for a criminal offense, I can and will help you. Call me with any misdemeanor or felony charge for my assistance. I have experience as an Assistant Criminal Assistant District Attorney in Collin County District Attorney's Office, Texas, and further experience here as and Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney's Office. They trained me and I can use the skill and knowledge that I gained as a prosecutor to aggressively defend your rights.
My goal is to help you through the criminal justice process and make sure you get the defense you deserve. Not only will I listen to your fears, I will walk you through them as we navigate this process. I will always discuss with you the evidence presented against you, be it from the police reports, photographs, audio or video tapes or any drug or DNA evidence. My evaluation of the evidence will include analyzing the strengths or weaknesses of each case. I will never hide anything from you and you will always be “in the loop” of any conversations between the Prosecutors and myself.
Further, I will tell your side of the story and stand up for your rights. I also make sure everyone who comes to my office is treated with the same level of respect and confidentiality. I will fight for you!
